    At Alexis Property Management, we offer a variety of short term rental property management options to fit your needs. We can take an empty homes and get fully furnished down to the linens and cups. Vacation or personal homes to rent out part time or certain seasons of the year we can work with existing decor and home to make as little changes as needed so its always in the same condition for when you return to enjoy home. Project homes in the midst of a redevelopment, can get up and running to produce income as opposed to a vacant job site. We take care of all the details and logistics of maintaining home so you can focus on the things that really matter.

      What does cleaning include? 

      Cleaning includes all cleaning required for tenant turnover. Example in short term rentals after each guest cleaners will prep, restock property.

       

      What does landscape maintenance include? 

      Includes all everything required to maintain curb appeal of home, includes but not limited to yard mowing, leaf cleanup, pressure washing, blowing out debris etc.

      How will I know my home is always in good operational shape?

      Our team does inspections after every checkout and we bill accordingly to tenants if any damage is found. Additionally we do thorough monthly property inspections to ensure home is always up to code and efficient.

      I have a home that's not up to rental standards/ has been vacant for a while/ destroyed by previous tenant/ extremely outdated. What's the process to get it up and running?

      We do have projects that we remodel to rental condition, owner is very experienced in projects and has all licensing and team in place to act as a general contractor in such projects. We would meet and give you a price to get home up and running and would manage the whole project from beginning to end.

      What involvement is required from owner?

      Our team will take care of all day to day operations and logistics of property. We do a monthly review with owner and discuss monthly revenue, Other than that we don't involve owner other then anything structural or major problem.

      What startup cost is required from owner?

      If property is in livable condition and everything is running. Typically no startup cost is required, we will typically provide everything needed to get up and running. 

      ​

      How do I know if my property qualifies? 

      A visit to property is always the first step we will make sure everything is working and get an idea of the home and neighborhood. After first visit we will research area and get an idea of demand, comparable comps and  revenue projections. If there's a noticeable demand for that property and the revenue projections make sense for you we will go ahead and add to portfolio. 

       

      Do you work with landlords/ developers/ apartment complexes or only individual owners?

      Yes we do work with landlords of all sizes, inquire about specific solutions for more than singular properties.

      I would like to rent out my home only for 6 months out of the

       

       

      year is that possible?

      Yes, we can work with pre determined time frames. In those situations we try to work with existing decor and furnishings to ensure after the time frame is up owner can return to home in same condition it was upon departure.
